Ever since purchasing my first car, I have been nervous about any need for servicing... until I found Patrick Auto. I feel like I have friends working on my car. Friends I can trust and know I will be treated right.
I usually have 4 young children in tow, and they always make us feel welcome and a visit to the mechanic has become an exciting occasion instead of a dreaded need

I bought a Pontiac G6 from Patrick Auto Group this morning. I was on their lot a week ago test driving vehicles as well. In all my 36 years as a driver, I have never dealt with a more friendly dealership. Nor have I run across many who are so interested in making sure their vehicles are in top shape when they leave the lot. If you're looking for a used car, service, or detailing, I recommend you stop by and give them a shot. I'm sure you'll leave as happy as I am

These are the nicest people you will ever meet! Let me say I've never had work done here. However, I had a strange thing happen January 10. I am a permanent wheelchair user who drives a BraunAbility van that was converted for disability use. It has a minivan with a ramp that deploys from the passenger side. I was driving north on 35 when a piece of the cover molding blew off my van just south of this business. Being in a wheelchair, I couldn't locate the missing piece. I stopped in their parking lot and asked for help. Three of the women who work here worked to locate the missing molding for me. They did not have to do this, but they did. Any people who care enough to help someone they don't know find a needle in a haystack have to be great people. So friendly, kind, caring, compassionate, I can't say enough. Thank you to all three of you wonderful ladies for your help in my time of need. This means so much to me in a time I've

LIFESAVERS!! This morning, Drove into town to get morning coffee in my dad’s car for us and his tire popped… Pulled into the marathon in Knox, The kind woman working seen my distress and my two-year-old in car, She called Patrick’s auto and the nicest woman came to the rescue with the tools, in order to put the donut on. So grateful there’s still compassionate people out there, willing to help someone in need without hesitation!!! 😇

The amazing folks at Patrick Auto Group in Knox were lifesavers today! I'm from Mishawaka but lost a control rod bushing north of Knox today a few hours before closing time on a holiday weekend. First place I came to was already closed, second place said they couldn't help. I pulled into Patrick Auto Group and Sherry, Stephanie, and Joey helped without hesitation. I just needed an $8 bushing replaced, but the part wasn't available locally. When they learned I was from out of town, Stephanie scoured everywhere, then drove all the way to Michigan City to get the part I needed. Sherry was incredibly hospitable while I waited and made, she I was taken care of. Joey stayed after closing time to install the part for me. All at an incredibly reasonable cost without any markup for the extra hours and effort. All three went above and beyond to make sure I got home safety! Thanks so much to you all, I wish I lived closer so I could use Patrick for all my repairs.
They treat you like family. And always got out of their way to help you get what you want.
